Gourmands, gourmets, gastronomes... breathe in the scents of this distinctive land, Southern Auvergne, in the design dining rooms of Le Fort du Pré overlooking the countryside. The Chef puts the products of his homeland in the spotlight (mushrooms, green Le Puy lentils, Le Lignon snails, verbena, chestnuts...) and catches from the sea. Bubbling with ideas and initiative, Cécile and Thierry Guyot organise lessons with mushroom or botany themes, gastronomy and wellbeing weekends... Here, everyone to his own taste, and the taste is Nature!
